Lifestyle

Lifestyle choices shape wellbeing in ways that compound over time. From the philosophy of minimalism to the daily structure of a good morning routine to the small sustainable choices that add up to meaningful environmental impact, our lifestyle content is thoughtful and grounded in reality.

Lifestyle content has a reputation for being either aspirationally useless (the $500 morning routine that requires a home gym and a personal chef) or superficially earnest (listicles of "simple changes" that are neither simple nor changes). InfoNest tries to occupy a different space: realistic, thoughtful, and honest about the tradeoffs involved in different lifestyle choices. We look at minimalism as a genuinely useful philosophy, not an Instagram aesthetic. We discuss morning routines in terms of what behavioral science says about habit anchoring and energy management. And when we write about sustainable living, we focus on changes that have actual environmental impact, rather than the performative ones that make people feel good without doing much. The goal, as always, is useful and honest.
